Linda Parks Board Resolution No. 21-005 is a politicking overreaction without facts and without context
Editor’s Note: This page is being updated from time to time as more information comes out about how wrong and stupid were the Ventura County Board of Supervisors, and specifically Linda Parks, to blurt out this garbage resolution and commit slander against innocent Americans on behalf of all Ventura County while at the same time ignoring actual election malfeasance here and nationwide.
BREAKING NEWS: Apr. 27 – VCBOS has pulled Resolution 21-005 for reconsideration
The Ventura County Board of Supervisors Clerk of the Board responded to my CPRA in a rapid fashion because there was so little to return that it wouldn’t have been justified to take longer. Below is all responsive documents used to draft the resolution. Yes, that is it.
Linda Parks, et.al., produced no factual documents, reports, intelligence or news media to support her statements about the “Free and Fair” election and the Capital Hill event that she memorialized in Resolution 21-005 and that the entire board voted unanimously into the record in what I consider shameful and incompetent representation.
The single email chain attributed not one supportive document aside from another county’s same type of resolution as I suppose the driver of the political bandwagon. It is worth noting that Parks was correct about the weapons, but failed to qualify that 99 percent of those weapons was found in one person’s possession and that they were in his vehicle, not in the Capital Building. That is a very important detail to omit. I posit Parks did so on purpose or because she reacted before the facts were out or she was simply following orders to politick. Any one of those very real possibilities are grounds for her resignation.
Officer Brian Sicknick was not beaten to death as Linda Parks so stupidly stated well before the facts were out like a scorch-the-Earth Pelosi style extreme leftist.
It’s not without precedent that Parks is so wrong and without facts as she has previously praised BLM and ANTIFA’s razing of cities, towns, courthouses, and police vehicles and actual mob violence (resulting in many deaths) and actual insurrection as peaceful and exciting and deserving of reward. (see below)
“I respect the PEACEFUL PROTESTERS and the ACTIONS THAT ARE NEEDED,” said Linda Parks as she addressed the deadly BLM and ANTIFA summer riots that erupted in response to a viral video of a black man being detained and eventually dying of drug intoxication according to the medical examiner.
Here, Linda Parks thanks Sheriff Ayub (5:19:15) for quickly identifying and citing two vandals of an eyesore tarp with BLM spray painted on it. The irony between these two Linda Parks board comments only a few weeks apart cannot be more greatly emphasized than by simply playing them back to back.
Entire towns were burnt to the ground by BLM and ANTIFA. Entire city districts were literally taken over by actual BLM and ANTIFA insurrectionists. PEOPLE WERE MURDERED by BLM and ANTIFA in the streets. Innocent public were beaten to death by BLM and ANTIFA. Yet, Parks calls them peaceful and is excited for their action. WHEREAS, the only murder that occurred at the Capital Hill event was that of an unarmed woman veteran, Ashely Babbit, by a Capital Hill police officer.
Again Parks utters the word veteran as she touts her appreciation during flag day comments, but completely overlooks the murder of a veteran during a much more peaceful, but equally illegal, protest.
Parks allegiance is very single sided, tone deaf, and partisan.
On to her claim of a “Free and Fair Election.”
In this link from a liberal butter churn quoting the cow, NYT, who quoted the person charged with testing and security of California voting machines FOR TEN YEARS making this astonishing statement that I suppose LINDA PARKS failed to read before shitting all over Ventura County residents with that abhorrent resolution before calling them extremists.
‘‘What I’ve seen in the past 10 years is that the vendors have absolutely fumbled every single attempt in security,’’ says Jacob D. Stauffer, vice president of operations for Coherent Cyber, who has conducted voting-machine security assessments for California’s secretary of state for a decade. In a report Stauffer and colleagues published last year about their recent assessment of ES&S machines, they found the voting machines and election-management systems to be rife with security problems…
Not every polling place with embedded modems uses them to transmit results. Richard Rydecki, Wisconsin’s state elections supervisor, says counties in his state decide individually whether to transmit election results. Fred Woodhams, spokesman from the Michigan Department of State, said the same is true in his state. But even if a precinct doesn’t use its modems, having them embedded in voting machines is still a risk, experts say.
“If it is available for use” by an attacker, says Stauffer, “it can be used.”…
ES&S advises election officials to configure the external firewall that protects the DMZ to only accept connections from IP addresses assigned to the voting machines. And election officials in Rhode Island, which uses ES&S’s DS200 machines with modems, told me that the modems only transmit for about a minute, which wouldn’t be sufficient to hack into voting machines or results servers.
But Stauffer and others say none of this would prevent a skilled hacker from penetrating the machines via their modems. Although overwriting the machine’s firmware, or voting software, would be difficult to do in just a minute, Stauffer says installing malware on the underlying operating system would not. An attacker might be able to do this directly through the modem to the voting machine, or infect the election-management system on the other end and install malware that gets passed to voting machines when officials program future elections. In either case, the malware could disable modem controls on the voting machines and make the devices secretly dial out to whatever number an attacker wants whenever he wants, while also altering system logs to erase evidence of these calls. This would let an attacker connect to the machines before or during an election to install malicious voting software that subverts results. (emphasis added)
Personally, first hand and repeatedly did I witness unfair election irregularities take place right here, in Ventura, California as an observer and affidavits of the same were submitted by the other observers who I accompanied to the Ventura County Elections office. I was unable to view in person signature verification and did witness via the video link many signatures that did not match but were approved. I also witnessed ballots being reloaded into counting machines after those machines repeatedly failed. Further, my spouse received multiple, unsolicited mail in ballots. These firsthand accounts alone count as evidence of potential fraud but certainly NOT as a free and fair election for we observed a fraction of a percent of the time and encountered more than fractional evidence.
As the link above clearly and factually illustrates, there is, beyond Ventura, California, a number of documented irregularities that could lead to election fraud in key places that may have changed the outcome of the election. Yet Parks egregiously and pompously asserted on behalf of all of Ventura County residents and the rest of the board – three attorneys included – voted unanimously to agree to the false statement of a free and fair election. Shameful and woeful of easy to obtain information to the contrary.
EDIT: On a continuing trail of tragic hilarity, I discovered Linda Parks’ source of “White Supremacists” and it is every bit as vapid and full of conjecture as you would assume at this point in the piece, if you made it down this far.
The conclusion I draw is that this was a political bandwagon edict from democrat leadership down to the county level to whitewash and button up what was a stolen election and the leftist violence and WuFlu hyperventilation that acted as its smokescreen. #RecallLindaParks
